Bad experience with their mechanic last December 2024 to January 2025. My UMA spark plug was stolen and the technician did a terrible job in repairing the engine of my motorcycle. Seems like he has no real idea on what he was doing. I had to find a new mechanic just to fix the problems he created. The subpar quality of services rendered resulted in unforeseen expenses and considerable stress. Much was wasted because of the trust I gave to them for thinking that they will do the job. The repair was a total mess. Plus, they bring up a new problem of overheating and oxygen sensor failure. Motorcentral needs to do a quality check to the motorcycles after repair and instill discipline to their mechanics in the repair bay. The mechanic who did repair my motorcycle is really shady and unscrupulous. Rather than resolving existing issues, he intentionally created additional ones.

Staff is accommodating, but the best part is you will see how knowledgeable their mechanic is.

I talk to one agent if xmax is available on hand and he said yes, when i got their its for pre order very disappointing and waste of time
