Worst experience. Highly unprofessional and incompetent. I spent ₱28,200 at this shop for a PMS and a new set of tires, but the actual service and technical capability of this shop are incredibly subpar. First, I had my brake shoes and brake pads replaced here on April 16, 2026. They immediately began squeaking. Understanding that new brakes sometimes need a brief break-in period, I gave it time. However, the noise persisted. I have had to return to this shop three separate times, MIND YOU 3 TIMES for the exact same issue. Each time, they "fixed" it for a couple of days before the squeaking returned. It is now June, and new brakes should absolutely not be making this noise. It is clear they do not know how to properly diagnose or resolve the issue. Second, I purchased new mags from them. Unbelievably, they failed to perform a proper wheel alignment after installation. This left my steering wheel crooked. I had to return again to get this fixed. The first attempt failed. The second attempt failed. After wasting an exhausting amount of time returning to this shop over and over again for uncompleted and poorly executed work, I finally gave up and took my car to a different mechanic shop, who fixed the steering alignment immediately. This shop completely lacks attention to detail, quality control, and basic mechanical expertise. Their service is terrible, they do not value their customers' time, and I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. I will never return.
