ECL Garage (Emman Automotive Repair Services)

ayus yung service nila.

The shop didn't fix my car's underchassis damage as promised. The owner even rushed me for additional payment on a surplus part even though I was away attending my lola’s wake promising that they could fix my car in two weeks time. But, they took more than three months to complete the job but not fixed. Car was sitting without any cover which exposed it to rust, mold, and also a bunch of garbage inside when I checked on it. I paid over 80,000, yet they didn’t even bother to replace the bent stabilizer link or any other underchassis parts that needed fixing. The wheel alignment was off, and new noises started showing up. On top of that, the owner suggested unnecessary air conditioning repairs and charged me extra. After a few days from release I noticed that he cabin filter tray went missing. When I reported the missing part, the owner was rude and seemed upset. Fortunately, one of the mechanics found it later. While their painting and body repair work might be decent, the quality is not worth the price, and you’ll regret it later. This is the worst shop I’ve dealt with, and now I have to spend even more money to fix my car’s underchassis. I feel the owner is just looking to rip people off, claiming certain parts are hard to find when they aren’t.

I recently had my car checked at ECL Garage (Emman Automotive Repair Services), and I’m really satisfied with the service. The mechanics were knowledgeable and took the time to properly diagnose the issue before recommending any repairs. I appreciate that they explained everything clearly, including the parts needed and the estimated cost, so there were no surprises. The work was done efficiently, and my car feels much smoother and more reliable now. You can tell they have solid experience and genuinely care about doing the job right. The shop itself is organized, and the overall process was hassle-free. I would definitely come back here for future maintenance and repairs.

Very pleased with the repare of the front damage. They rebuilt the front grill and repaired the hood. Everything looks new, no signs of any damage.
