Lacson's Auto Shop

No other autoshop that maintain my van, only Lacson autoshop (kuya Tata). From start to finish, the staff are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Set a schedule and then follow-up questions to make sure he fully understood the issue. He then gave me a clear estimate of the cost and the timeline for the repairs, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before proceeding. While my car was being worked on, the shop kept me informed every step of the way. When the repairs were finished, the staff went over everything with me in detail, making sure I understood what had been done and how to maintain my car going forward. They also took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Lacson Auto Shop. The staff are friendly, the service was excellent, and the prices were fair. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto repairs or maintenance.

Overcharged me; 30k (labor only) for a top and bottom overhaul consisting of only bearrings on the bottom and a head gasket on the top with a little grinding of a piston or two. What kind of an engine overhaul is that? A rip off. Now less than a year later I have to get it done again because oil and coolant are slowly mixing. My new mechanic who charged me only 6500p for a top overhaul recommended getting the head resurfaced, new valve stems, seals, guides, tappets and a new head gasket. On two occasions I went by this place and Marko seemed more interested in eating his meals then making sure I was taken care of so I left never to return. It's always a pain to go by there as there is no parking, and you have to stand around waiting to be acknowledged and spoken to. I always paid immediately when work was done or even gave advances as Marko often asked. I was never issued a receipt. I do not recommend this shop. He doesn't have any necessary diagnostic tools, just eyeballs the job. Just look at the lot across the street full of abandoned cars if that tells you anything. Stay Away! You guys know me very well. The place was hard to find as there is no signage, but the mechanic was quick and responsive, and fees were reasonable. I had an aircon recharge done, but would return again if there was a bigger issue with my vehicle. The place is opposite the number merchant, as correctly marked on the Google map.

They are friendly and professional. They are brothers and lived up to the name of their family. When I ask them to test drive the vehicle Tata didn’t hesitate. I had my car fixed and paint done. My vehicle’s shock absorber needed replacement and they did exactly what was necessary. My car had: * Air-condition problems * Kalampag sa ilalom * Paint Scratches All were fixed in a timely manner.

Very accomodating staff (family) called to set an appointment to check my rented car vehicle's brakes and they did their job on the spot. They even helped me drive the car back to our place. 5/5 thank you very much Lacson family, godbless!

It's a good place to get your car fixed. Affordable. Mechanic are approachable. Not much space for parking agi saka daghang customer.😁
