OVERPRICED! rear brakes checked and parts replaced. they charge 2x the labor compared to other shops and 3x the price for the parts if bought directly from an autoparts store. no other choice at that time as my hand brake was failing.
This place has some awesome mechanics- Kuya Sonny and the team. Yet the worst management. I was going to change brakes and was told it was 300 per tire (last time 250) whether or not it had to be changed. So 1200, at tingin lang yun (just to see if it needs to be changed). Um, should checking be free? I was told by the ladies at the desk I should just go somewhere else if I found them expensive. They wouldn’t give me the owners number or care about us as customers. I run Redeemer Homeless Mission and the kids we care for and I, we have lots of cars. Sayang because we love the mechanics, but the management is awful- they are killing the careers of their mechanics.
