Motech - Naga

Very Bad Experience...it's good that they saw my sparkplug and ignition coil is broken...but mechanic said engineer overhaul (a very red flag) Engine is well maintained on my part. After they fixed replaced the spark plug and ignition coil..they did not bother to tell me that they broke Vaccum Switch Valve..

Horrible. I used to have my oil changes with them and was initially satisfied, however, after PMS and other services were completed, my car broke down within a week. The car won't move regardless of what gear I shift to and the ATF leaked out. Had to pay for 3rd party towing and get another mechanic shop to check what Motech had done and to fix the issue asap. The hose from transmission to radiator Motech just replaced is low quality and had been destroyed, causing the issue. They're supposed to send a mechanic to check if the guarantee will still cover the repair but they kept giving excuses. I ended up going with the other mechanic shop as Motech wants me to pay for another towing so the car can be taken to their shop just so they can check if they will still cover the repairs. I will likely have the other shop do another PMS, and will have them re-check everything Motech had done. In the worst case scenario, I may need to have my transmission replaced because of their blunder. Do not go to Motech if you do not want a headache and a hole in your wallet for nothing. Currently seeking legal counsel.

Very satisfied with their work. Fast and professional. I have had my car for service here for five year and are still very satisfied with ther work.

Friendly and accommodating, probably one opportunity you can grab is to be more knowledgeable of the brands you put in cars and provide information on what the pros and cons, but overall was satisfied!
