Lazy employees. Went there at 10:30am to have 4 tires balanced. As the technician started jacking up my vehicle I informed him I wanted all 4 tiress balanced, not just the front 2. He immediately went to his supervisor who informed me that they would be unable to do the work since it was already "close to lunch time" I asked if they really couldn't balance 4 wheels in 1.5 hours time. No chance he said. Considering I get my tires balanced regularly I know it's only takes about 20 - 30 minutes.. even without rushing. Would've preferred them to be honest and say that they want to prioritize the other work that bring in higher income. That or they need to replace whoever is doing their wheel balancing 😅
