I never came back to toyota bacolod because of horrible experience. People there are above complacent feeling because they carry toyota. But choosy on which customer to serve. Btw, This servitek suffices all my maintenance needs that are handled by veteran people working there for many years, with quality service.
Its first come first serve, but the service is good and the staff are great. Very accommodating and won't hesitate to suggest where to get cheaper parts or a service they can't do at the moment. Other service centers will rush the current car they're on so to reach the next car. Sacrificing quality service is never an option.
Employees are very friendly and approachable.
Reliable repairs. Professionally done.
