I’m an expat and traveled all the way from Baguio to have my tires, brake pads, and rotor discs fixed and replaced, and I’m very satisfied with the service I received at this shop. I wasn’t surprised by the high quality because I learned that the owner used to live, work, and train in Dubai, UAE, at one of the top motor shops known for excellent service. The staff here, although already experienced in the Philippines, have been re-trained to meet international standards. The owner’s son, who also manages the shop, is highly knowledgeable and very hands-on. Prices are fair and not overpriced. The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and equipped with the proper tools and equipment. Although new in the Urdaneta area, they already operate other branches in Region 2. Highly recommended! Just a tip, make sure to book your appointment in advance, as the shop can get quite busy. When I visited, it was packed, with a steady stream of customers coming and going.
