Great experience when I purchase my nmax v3 standard. I got my registration 10days from the day I purchase my bike. A month and a half my original plate arrived. Kudos to this branch !!!

I've visited 3 times and all the time the staff were rude especially the cashier and completely unaccomodating. The management must address these customer service issues.

So far services is okay. Only one problem in sales department, I assume they only have one person handling the sales of spare parts. So if the person is not around then you can't purchase

"NO Noon Break" as per signage on the door. Arrived 12:05pm at the store. Staff said that they will accommodate me by 1:00pm. 🥴 👎👎👎

I was just about to inquire yet they refuse to take question until 1 then when i was already 1 they just told me that it have to be ordered first. Bullshit front desk. Wasted my 35mins

I arrived at their area 7:30am just to be early in line(if ever there is one) because for what I know, they will open at 8:00am according to the info. The staffs arrived around 8:20/30 and finally opened at around 9am. Filled up the kind of service that I would like to have and after few mins they asked again about the problem of my motor. I said that it need a rear brake cable replacement. I though it would go smoothly. The mechanic take out parts this and that, and not until they said that the brake cable they tried to sample was a little smaller. They sampled the brake cable of Mio I (my motor was Mio Gear S). They suggested me to go to another yamaha(mandaue) just to buy the cable and bring it back to let them install. The problem here is that they shouldn't have accepted the task if in the first place they didn't have the stock of the item that should be replaced. I decided to let them just attached again the dissembled parts and billed the labor. They charge me a full labor even though they only take out the brake cable only without replacing one. I am disappointed with that kind of service today. They didn't even suggest to just come back and have them replace it again with no labor. It's like they wouldn't take responsibility for their lapses that in the first place they should've checked first the item that should be replaced rather than accepting first the task.
